Every record is packed with care and shipped out ready to make the journey to you in one piece. That said, once your order leaves our hands and is in transit, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on vinyl records.

Please retain all original packaging and do not discard any materials until your claim has been completed.
