Every CD is packed with care and shipped out ready to make the journey to you in one piece. That said, once your order leaves our hands and is in transit, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on CD's.

If your package was shipped via USPS, you can file a claim directly with them here:

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Proof of value (order confirmation or receipt)
- Tracking number
- Photos of the shipping label and box condition
Please retain all original packaging and do not discard any materials until your claim has been completed.

- Claims must be filed within USPS time limits (generally within 60 days of mailing for domestic shipments).
- USPS may require the damaged item and packaging to be inspected as part of the claims process.
- We recommend filing the claim as soon as possible after receiving your order.
